MW QA S
Product description
MW QA S is a wall sandwich panel with a hard mineral wool core in the upgraded QA (Quality Advanced) series. The key distinguishing feature of the QA series is the modified edge profile with a large bend radius — during joint forming the metalwork does not cause micro-cracks in the organic coating of the steel, which directly translates into corrosion durability of joints in long-term service. Core lambda 0.040 W/(m·K) is slightly better than standard MW panels (0.044). Class A2-s1,d0 guarantees non-combustibility of the mineral wool core. Available as standard at 80 mm thickness in two modular widths.
Construction and features
- Profiled steel facing gives walls an aesthetic appearance
- Large lock profile radius keeping the paint protective coating intact
- Double lock joining the panels ensuring high fire-tightness performance
- Hard mineral wool core with very good fire resistance and acoustic performance

Available facing colours
All colours per RAL system. Availability of some colours may depend on facing thickness.
Exterior facing — 1000 mm modular width
Exterior facing — 1140 mm modular width

Applications
- external and internal walls in industrial buildings with class A2 requirement
- buildings requiring corrosion-resistant joints (aggressive environments)
- skeleton construction with certified non-combustible wall partition
Benefits for designers and contractors
- No coating micro-cracks at the lock — QA technology eliminates the typical defect of standard MW panels during joint forming
- Better corrosion durability — intact organic coating at the joint = longer maintenance-free period
- λD 0.040 — 9% better than standard MW — slight improvement in thermal parameter
- Class A2-s1,d0 — non-combustible — mineral wool neither sustains nor spreads fire
- PZH hygiene certificate — hygiene approval
- AQUAP — certification for food and pharmaceutical industry
