Product description

MW QA CH is a cold storage sandwich panel with a hard mineral wool core in class A2-s1,d0, combining the benefits of the QA series (improved lock profile) with a wide thickness range 100–250 mm dedicated to industrial refrigeration. Core lambda 0.040 W/(m·K) — 9% lower than standard MW 0.044 — delivers better thermal efficiency. At 250 mm thickness the value Ud,s = 0.16 W/m²K matches deep-freeze chamber standards. Fire resistance reaches EI 180 for thicknesses ≥ 160 mm. QA technology — a large lock-edge profile radius — eliminates micro-cracks in the steel organic coating during joint forming, translating into corrosion durability in refrigeration conditions (high humidity, condensation).
