MW QA U
Product description
MW QA U combines mineral wool core non-combustibility (class A2-s1,d0) with a concealed fixing system and QA technology that improves joint durability. Available in three thicknesses (80, 100, 120 mm), it achieves fire resistance EI 120 in the maximum configuration — qualifying for use in the highest fire-zone classes. Lambda 0.040 W/(m·K) is 9% better than standard MW panels (0.044), giving Ud,s = 0.33 W/m²K at 120 mm. The QA feature — a large lock profile radius — eliminates the risk of organic coating micro-cracks during joint forming, directly translating into corrosion durability.
Construction and features
- Profiled steel facing gives walls an aesthetic appearance
- Concealed fixing fastener giving facades a more uniform appearance
- Large lock profile radius keeping the paint protective coating intact
- Auxiliary groove easing positioning of the fixing fastener
- Hard mineral wool core with very good fire resistance and acoustic performance
