Product description

insPIRe® S is a wall sandwich panel with a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core with an exposed (standard) fixing system. Designed for external cladding and internal partition walls in skeleton-frame buildings. The panels can be installed both vertically and horizontally, as single- and multi-span wall elements.

The core thermal conductivity λD = 0.022 W/(m·K) places insPIRe® S among the most thermally efficient wall panels available on the Polish market. Fire reaction class B-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1) and factory PUS sealant in the GS-Lock joint ensure partition airtightness and safety.

Construction and features

  • Profiled steel facing gives walls an aesthetic appearance.
  • Large lock profile radius keeping the steel protective coating intact.
  • Double lock joining the panels ensuring high fire-tightness performance.
  • Profiled edges facilitating installation and improving thermal insulation.
  • Rigid PIR foam core with very good thermal and fire properties.
  • Continuous polyurethane sealant maintaining high thermal insulation. Applied during the production process.
  • Aluminium foil preventing water vapour ingress into the polyurethane foam core.

Applications

  • external cladding walls in industrial and commercial buildings
  • internal partition walls in skeleton construction
  • facades of production halls, warehouses, logistics buildings

Benefits for designers and contractors

  • Compact partition — thermal insulation, facade and internal facing in a single element
  • 5 facing profiles — flexibility in selecting facade aesthetics and installation details
  • Thicknesses 40–120 mm — broad range for various thermal insulation requirements (Ud,s 0.60 → 0.19 W/m²K)
  • Maximum module length 16.5 m — minimised number of joints on the facade
  • PZH hygiene certificate — hygienic safety, usable in buildings with sanitary requirements
  • EPD (Type III) — transparent environmental declaration for LEED/BREEAM
