When to use this system

The insPIRe® S panel is the market standard for industrial hall walls — offering the best price-to-performance ratio:

  • Halls and warehouses — the default choice when there are no special aesthetic requirements (e.g. hidden U fastening).
  • Big-box retail facilities — quick installation of large modules (up to 16 m in length).
  • Hangars, agricultural buildings — where price and simple installation matter most.
  • Automotive and repair workshops — easy servicing (individual panels can be replaced).

Characteristics of the S joint

The S system features a joint with a visible external fastener — the screw is driven through the protruding part of the panel joint. This is the difference compared to the U variant (hidden fastener):

insPIRe® S variants

  • insPIRe® S — standard, PIR core, λ 0.022 W/(m·K), thicknesses 40–120 mm.
  • insPIRe® S MAX — PIR-MAX core, λ reduced to 0.019 W/(m·K). Allows U = 0.16 W/m²·K at 120 mm (vs 0.19 in the standard variant).

Geometry

  • Modular width: 1000 or 1140 mm (depending on thickness and profiling).
  • Length: 2.0–16.0 m.
  • External profiling: L (linear), M (micro-profiled), F (wave), R (grooved), P (smooth) — aesthetic choice.
  • Internal profiling: L (linear) or P (smooth).
  • Colours: standard palette RAL 7016, 7035, 9002, 9006, 9007, 9010 + other RAL on request.

Required flashings

The wall system uses a full set of flashings:

  • OB-01 / OB-02 — external / internal corner
  • OB-17 — masking the panel joint
  • OB-22 — ridge flashing (at the wall-to-roof junction)
  • OB-36 — panel closure
  • OB-37 — window sill

The system is described in the Gór-Stal 2025 Technical Catalogue. NRO + B-s1,d0 classification, fire resistance EI 15–EI 30, PZH hygiene certificate. CE according to EN 14509:2013.
