Industrial door lintel — horizontal GS MW U panel layout

Junction function

GS MW U horizontal door lintel = premium version with 2 custom flashings (instead of OB-20 + a custom one in S/CH). The U-lock geometry requires both flashings to be made to measure.

Critical installation aspects

• OB-10 drip flashing with a 30 mm drip edge.
• 2 custom flashings — produced from a single batch for the entire building.
• Mineral wool in a 100–200 mm band around the lintel eliminates thermal bridges.
• Neutral silicone + 4.8×15.1 rivets at the joints.
