Sandwich panel calculator — hall cladding cutting list
Work out how many sandwich panels your hall needs: the calculator builds a cutting list per elevation — pieces × lengths in the chosen cover module, with profiling and colour — plus sheet-metal flashings, indicative fasteners, pack count and transport weight. Pick the insPIRe S or U wall line and the GS PIR D roof line, then place gates, doors and windows on the elevation drawings — or just enter opening counts in quick-quote mode. Example: a 20 × 40 × 6 m hall (gable roof 10%) is approx. 120 insPIRe S wall panels and 80 GS PIR D roof panels — with a ready list of lengths to order. Download the result with elevation drawings as a PDF — no registration, no data sent.
Hall geometry and structure
Parapet cladding on a separate structure is not included in the wall panels — add it separately.
The structure type determines the screw type — this info goes to the result.
Steel section wall thickness determines the screw type (GTR 6/12/16); above 16 mm — selection with an advisor.
