Bottom fixing of vertical GS MW U panels directly to concrete floor (without base beam). Identical construction as in S/CH (page 20): OB-42 channel, OB-05 flashing, mineral wool in the installation cavity.

Junction function

Vertical GS MW U floor = direct fixing to floor without base beam; construction identical to S/CH (page 18), but with U panel featuring concealed fixing.

Critical installation aspects

  • OB-42 channel raised 30 mm above floor level (waterproofing).
  • Expansion anchors every 60 cm in the central zone, 40 cm in the edge zone.
  • Mineral wool inside the channel — acoustics + EI 30.
  • System water resistance — without drip flashing only for internal halls or floors elevated above ground level.
