Junction function

GS PIR D roof panel lock = specific geometry for roof panels with a trapezoidal external profile (vs the smooth S/U profile on walls). The trapezoids increase panel bending stiffness + drain water away.

Features:

  • Modular width 1000/1100 mm.
  • Thicknesses 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 160 mm.
  • Factory-fitted PUS gasket in the lower part of the lock.
  • Air-tightness class 1 per PN-EN 14509.

Critical installation aspects

  • Minimum 1 mm gap to accommodate thermal movement.
  • Overlap direction always towards the roof slope (water runs down the face of the lock, not inwards).
  • Lower PUS gasket = vapour barrier from the inside of the hall.
