Cold store panel suspension — Variant II (Ω profiles)

Junction function

Suspension variant II = Ω profiles + turnbuckle. Vs variant I (T profiles):

• Height adjustment during installation (the turnbuckle allows precise levelling of the ceiling).
• More refined installation for complex geometries (halls with projections).
• Ω profiles = greater lateral stiffness than T.

Critical installation aspects

• Turnbuckle = standard turnbuckle / Spannschloss M10.
• Spacer washer distributes the load over the Ω profile.
• Tension check after the 1st year — may require retightening (structural settlement).
