insPIRe® S panel lock + joint 60-120 mm

Junction function

insPIRe® S lock 60-120 mm = standard thickness range for typical industrial hall façades. Each thickness gives a different U-value:

Thickness	U [W/m²K]	Typical use
60 mm	0.36	unheated / lightly heated storage halls
80 mm	0.27	standard heated halls
100 mm	0.22	WT 2021 for heated walls
120 mm	0.18	halls with increased requirements (passive)

Identical lock geometry for all thicknesses — allows mixing thicknesses on a single façade (e.g. ground floor 100 mm + upper floor 80 mm) without additional flashings.

Critical installation aspects

• Gap between panels min. 1 mm for thermal movement.
• PUS gasket factory-pressed — ready to use, no additional work required.
• Air tightness class 1 per PN-EN 14509.
• Installation sequence from bottom to top / from the end support.
