Junction function

Skylight perpendicular to the slope = the skylight runs across the width of the roof, with its lower edge higher than its upper edge (it follows the slope). The detail shows the lower edge of the skylight (on the eaves side).

Critical installation aspects

  • PE gasket (item 04) matched to the roof panel trapezoid profile.
  • OB-28 + custom skylight flashing = a watertight connection.
  • Water runoff towards the eaves, NOT towards the skylight.
