Junction function
Freezer corner variant I = analogous to the cold store version (p. 13), but with OB-01/OB-02 flashings instead of a PVC profile. Higher mechanical strength, better aesthetics inside the freezer.
Difference vs cold store: no PVC profile + use of standard OB-01/OB-02 flashings with an insulating PUR foam layer behind the sheet metal.
Critical installation aspects
- OB-01 + OB-02 reinforced with galvanised steel sheet; greater durability than PVC under forklift impacts.
- Facing removal in a zone of 0.5×D from the corner.
- PUR foam + plastic sealant provide sealing.
